For the corn

  • 4 pre-cooked corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

For the sauce

  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • A squeeze of lemon juice

Let's get cookin'

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F or prepare air fryer.
  2. Cut each corn cob in half vertically, then repeat to create quarters. (Tip: Cut horizontally first to make it easier)
  3. Mix oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Brush the corn quarters with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or air fry for 15 minutes at 190°C/375°F.
  6. For the sauce: Mix vegan mayo, sriracha, and lemon juice.
  7. Serve the corn ribs with the spicy mayo sauce.
