Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • good pinch salt
  • 3 big tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • salt
  • water to thin
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Boil cauliflower in salted water 5-6mins
    2. Rub with olive oil and salt
    3. Bake at 225C/450F for 45mins
    4. For sauce: mix tahini, maple syrup, lime juice, optional sriracha, salt and water until desired consistency
    5. Serve with cauliflower.
