Ingredients you'll need

  • 400g tofu
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • salt
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Pat tofu, dry toss with cornstarch, salt, oil
    2. Bake at 175C/350F for 20mins
    3. Fry garlic 1-2mins, add soy sauce and agave, let bubble 5mins
    4. Stir in tofu
    5. Put on skewers
    6. Grill at 230C/450F for 8-10mins.
