Ingredients you'll need

  • 4 cups (500g) flour
  • 1 1/4 cup (300ml) lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • little salt
  • 1 package vegan kebab
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 120g vegan yogurt
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • tomato sauce
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Knead flour water, yeast, salt until soft dough. Rest 2h
    2. Shape into 4 balls. Rest 5-6h
    3. Fry kebab, onion, pepper in oil until softened
    4. For sauce: mix yogurt, mayo, vinegar, agave, garlic powder, salt, pepper
    5. Shape pizzas on floured surface top with tomato sauce and kebab mixture
    6. Bake at 260C/500F for 7-10mins. Serve with garlic sauce.
