Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 cup (200g) rice
  • 4 cups (1l) water
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 cup (340ml) vegan sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/3 cup (340ml) plant milk
  • 4 cups (1l) water
  • 15g vanilla sugar (optional)
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Soak rice, water and cinnamon overnight
    2. Blend 4mins
    3. Strain until you have cinnamon rice milk
    4. Mix with vegan condensed milk, plant milk, water and vanilla sugar
    5. Serve cold on ice.
