Indian spiced tea that warms from the inside

Chai is more than just a drink—it's a hug in a cup. This homemade chai with fresh spices surpasses any ready-made mix. Ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and a pinch of nutmeg are cooked together, developing their full aroma. Adding the ingredients gradually is important: first the spices, then the black tea, and finally the plant-based milk. Vanilla soy milk is particularly recommended, as it adds creaminess and extra sweetness. Boiling it twice is traditional and further enhances the flavors. Sweetened with a teaspoon of golden sap or agave, chai becomes the perfect winter drink. It warms not only the body but also the soul and brings a piece of Indian culture into your kitchen.
