Ingredients you'll need

For the tofu

  • 400g firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt to taste.

For the glaze

  • 4 tbsp BBQ or teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 lime

Let's get cookin'

  1. Pat tofu dry and tear into chunks
  2. Toss with corn starch, oil, curry powder, and salt
  3. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 15-20 minutes
  4. Mix BBQ sauce with lime juice
  5. Toss baked tofu with sauce mixture
  6. Bake 5 minutes more and serve
