Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 mashed banana (about 80g)
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • vegan chocolate spread
  • crushed peanuts
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Knead banana flour and baking powder until soft dough
    2. Divide in 8 pieces, roll like dumpling wrappers
    3. Add 1 tsp chocolate spread to each fold
    4. Fry in oil 2-3mins, add water, cover and steam 5mins
    5. Serve with crushed peanuts.
