Agua de Sandía – pure summer watermelon refreshment

This Mexican Agua de Sandía is the perfect summer refreshment—and even saves tasteless watermelons! The melon is blended with lime juice, agave, and optional mint, then strained through a fine sieve for the perfect consistency. Diluted with water, it creates a refreshing, naturally sweet drink that cools you down on hot days. Best of all, even overripe or bland watermelons become a delicious drink with the addition of lime and sweetener. Served over ice, it's a healthy alternative to sugary soft drinks. Shows the versatility of Mexican agua frescas and how you can make a lot out of a little. 🍉🏖️
