Ingredients you'll need

  • 70g rice noodles
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100g tofu or tempeh
  • 1 tbsp each dark soy sauce, date syrup, lime juice
  • salt
  • scallion greens
  • peanuts
  • extra lime
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Soak rice noodles in hot water according to package, drain, rinse
    2. Chop pepper, garlic, tofu. Sauté in oil 5-7mins
    3. Mix soy sauce, date syrup, lime juice, salt. Add with rice noodles and scallion greens to pan
    4. Stir fry 1-2mins serve with peanuts extra lime.
