Warming soul food from the oven – fruity, quick, vegan

This apple crumble is a true comfort food – inspired by mom's classic, but 100% plant-based. Crispy crumble meets juicy, cinnamon-flavored apples, which develop their full flavor while baking. No butter or eggs, just plant-based margarine and a hint of vanilla. Ideal for fall, but really too good to limit to one season. The crumble is prepared in 10 minutes and then bakes away in a relaxed manner – time for you to make the tea. Serve it warm with vegan vanilla ice cream or soy yogurt – and you'll want to make it again and again. 🍎🍨
