Ingredients you'll need

  • 400g firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp chicken spice
  • salt
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp each soy sauce vinegar agave
  • water
  • 1/2 small cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp magic allrounder spice
  • 4 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp each curry powder vinegar agave
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Pat tofu dry, shred with grater
    2. Mix with soy sauce, oil, chicken spice, salt
    3. Bake at 175C/350F for 30mins stirring occasionally
    4. Sauté onion garlic add sriracha, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, agave, water. Let bubble, stir in tofu.
    5. For slaw: mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, agave, spice to taste, salt
    6. For sauce: mix mayo, curry powder, vinegar agave.
