Ingredients you'll need

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 135g pasta
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • pinch of chili flakes (optional)
  • handful chopped parsley
  • vegan parmesan (optional)
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Fry garlic and mushrooms in oil until browned
    2. Cook pasta al dente
    3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, agave and optional chili flakes to pan
    4. Add pasta and some pasta water
    5. Stir in parsley and optional vegan parmesan
    6. Finish cooking pasta in pan for 2-3mins.
