Ingredients you'll need

  • 300g flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 150ml unsweetened plant milk
  • 45g margarine or oil
  • 4 tbsp vegan cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • sesame seeds
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Stir flour, yeast, salt and sugar
    2. Heat plant milk and margarine until lukewarm, add to dry mix, knead 5mins
    3. Rest 60-90mins
    4. Shape into 6 balls, slightly flatten, rest 45mins
    5. For wash: mix vegan cream and maple syrup
    6. Brush buns, add sesame seeds
    7. Bake at 220C/440F for 15mins.
