About the recipe
Base vegetables:
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 chili, chopped
Oil for frying
1 bell pepper, chopped
Spices:
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
A pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Salt to taste

1x 200g can beans
1x 200g can corn
600g tomato sauce
20g dark chocolate
1 block chickpea tofu (Texas Roast or similar)
For serving:
