German-Turkish street food made vegan. Features marinated smoked tofu with fresh vegetables and creamy garlic sauce.

Crispy Tofu Döner Kebab

Ingredients you’ll need

For the tofu:

200g smoked or extra firm tofu
Oil for frying
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken spice seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt to taste

For the quick salad:

1 cucumber
A handful of tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste

For the garlic sauce:

200g unsweetened vegan yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar

For assembly:

2 döner flatbreads
