In honor of the national german „dönerstag“ we have this beautiful tofu döner today! 😋
About the recipe
For the tofu:
200g smoked or extra firm tofu
Oil for frying
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken spice seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
For the quick salad:
1 cucumber
A handful of tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
For the garlic sauce:
200g unsweetened vegan yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
For assembly:
2 döner flatbreads
